Fat Loss Workouts
Effective fat loss workouts are an important part of any weight loss program. If you want long term success by taking the weight off and keeping it off, diet alone won’t do it.
While proper nutrition is a crucial part of any weight loss program, proper fat burning routines are just as important.
One of the biggest problems that most people run into with their workouts is that they work out too often, for too long, and they don’t work out intensely enough.
The key to a proper training program is to use resistance training and perform high intensity interval training instead of lots of slow-mo cardio.
It’s important to understand that fat loss workouts are one part of the weigh loss equation.
You’ll get the best results when you incorporate a good nutrition plan with the right weight training program and a cardio routine that works.
So if you want the most out of your fitness routine you need to:
- STOP severe calorie restriction
- STOP eating only once or twice a day
- STOP skipping breakfast
- STOP riding the treadmill, stationary bike, etc. for an hour
- STOP eating lots and lots of carbs
- STOP trying to eliminate or minimize fat in your diet
- STOP avoiding weight training workouts or using the little pink weights
- START eating enough calories (and the right calories)
- START eating five or six small meals a day
- START eating a healthy breakfast every day
- START performing high intensity interval training
- START eating the right amount of carbs for you
- START eating more of the right kind of fat
- START performing intense weight training workouts to build lean muscle and boost your metabolism
